The staff doesn’t know what they are doing, and even when you are very kind and patient to the staff, they still refuse to help. So disappointing

I was trying to locate a package that had been marked as returned to sender, and I wasn’t sure if it was still available. I also called earlier, and the staff member who assisted me was very helpful. She went out of her way to check the system and locate the package, even though it wasn’t easy to find. Thanks to her effort, I was able to successfully pick it up. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to help. It made a huge difference. Thank you!

If she does this to me again police will be called and I will citizens arrest her for reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Federal agent or not. Again this was a dark blue dodge journey between 2015 to 2026.
