Instead of saying sorry it wasn't available for pick up I was just met with a rude "why?" as if I shouldn't be able to pick up my package early if its ready or request it be held.

When it was not delivered, I went back to the post office on the 24th and was told that it is sitting in the Champaign post office with no delivery date scheduled. It seems insane that a priority mail package is not scheduled for delivery.
