  Was in the store around 10 this morning. The girl working there was by herself and helping each customer alone. Two women came in and in the middle of the sale one of the women started screaming at the employee and cussing at her..the employee kept her composure and asked the two women to leave. The one woman who was screaming profanity at the employee continued to harass the employee. I would say five stars for how she handled those very crazy customers. Afterwards she greeted me with a smile and took my package even helped tape it up for me. Hope she doesn't let those people get her down. Great job. Will be back for any shipping or return needs.

  this so called “manager” was having attitude the whole time with me and my mother, then when we asked her to be pleasant she had more attitude and asked what wasn’t pleasant. we told her it was the attitude and the way she was talking to us and others. everytime we’ve been here she has been very rude. now she is calling the other business so we can’t return our package because she has attitude. she had red/darkish long hair. i was there around 10 am sept 17 2026. she wouldn’t give a name. i don’t recommend going there if she is there. will be calling corporate and hopefully they do something about it!!

  About a month ago, I had two monitors packed by two differed employees. I finally opened the shipment, and BOTH were damaged in different ways. The screen was cracked on one and the buttons were damaged on the other. Make sure to get everything insured because this place is incompetent when it comes to packing.
