- DTDon Trent3 days ago1.0I went in there to drop off my box as a return, and the guy behind the desk started shaking his head like he was annoyed and with an attitude he waved me over there and asked if that was it and I said yes sir and he took the box and moaned very dramatically!

Stood there in line for about 15 minutes while one lady seemingly returned half of the entire product library back to Amazon, and the one single employee there was desperately trying to get through it as fast as he could, as the line literally began to go out the door. Ended up having to leave to get to an appointment on time, as I didn’t expect this to take as long as it did. Definitely not the employee’s fault, but whoever the franchise is in charge of the store needs to seriously look into either bouncing their schedule a little bit better or hiring some more folks.
