- RDRobert DraskiSep 26, 20265.0By far the best post office I’ve ever worked with. One of their employees (Pete) is so helpful, positive, pleasant to talk with, and just all around a great guy. Thanks to him and the other staff I don’t drudge on having to go there almost daily. I can say almost the exact opposite for FRG, Cary for the Dub.
- PGPaul GizelSep 18, 20261.0Don’t ever come in here and ask if they can put a small piece of tape over a hole in your box—they’ll make you buy an entire roll. The customer service is terrible. They’re inconsiderate, couldn’t care less about your needs, and have a nonchalant “screw you” attitude. Meanwhile, they continue raising prices and purchasing expensive electric vehicles while the quality of service keeps declining. This is not the same place it used to be. Terrible service and an even worse attitude. Employee was a mixed race male with black glasses and black hair in his mid to late 40s.
