  I have been waiting for an international package for nearly two months. I’ve gone in person more than four times to ask about it, and every time they tell me something different; since last month, the tracking status has said "delivered," yet they keep telling me that they still have the package and that I just need to be patient. Today, I called customer service, and they told me that I shouldn't have waited this long—that once 14 days have passed since the "delivered" status appeared, they can no longer do anything about it, and that I should have acted within those first 14 days. But above all, there is one specific employee—a blonde woman with short hair and tattoos—who clearly has no desire to work; when I went in to ask about the package two weeks ago, she told me to "be patient," and when I showed her the tracking number, she didn't even bother to check it or take a look at it. They are completely unprofessional. Now my children are crying over the gifts that their grandmother worked hard for—spending months saving up just to send them—and now the package has "disappeared."

  I came literally at 2:00 pm and they are closed the door by my face the ladies over there said we are closed I just ask If you have a tape and they pretend they don’t hear me and wave with her hand to go a way in un probational behave and those ladies always rode this is a government facility we pay there salary from our taxes we need a professional people to work in here.

  Very rude employees, they don't want to help, they look at you with disgust, Sharell and all the front desk employees should be fired immediately

  🤣 there's no negative 1, i tried getting an international shipping cost and the young lady said its going to cost alot, i said i need the accurate cost since your keypad says 70 dollars then you start measuring the box and weight and price magically goes to 150. She said you better go through with the transaction if im going to do all the work 🙄 last i checked you get paid by the hour not the bchin and moaning 🤷🏻 she eventually gave me the cost and yep double the original estimate. I took it to ups 0 complaints he gave me the cost without threats 😬

  Horrible service, also takes multiple days past delivery date just to leave this place.
