- CJChris JJun 26, 20265.0This is the best UPS store in the area. Brent is the Associate that usually helps me and he is always friendly, professional and helpful. He helped me with a lamination project that turned out beautifully! Ron Is also helpful. I never wait In line. A second Associate always comes to the desk if there’s more than one person in line! The store is very organized and never cluttered. This location always takes my USPS packages unlike other locations. I truly appreciate all the services offered.

Today they tried to charge me $1800 to ship a 15-pound box to Massachusetts. The lowest rate they tried to charge me was ~ $700. We drove less than 5 miles away to another UPS store in Bloomingdale, IL, and had the item shipped for $300. I am an Amazon Dealer and have over 15 years of experiencing shipping merchandise. I was shocked to have this experience today. GOOD GRIEF!! Their behaviour WAS outrageous and POSSIBLY illegal. It was the worst form of fraud that I have ever experienced in over 30 years in DuPage County.
