- MMMaria MalinJul 8, 20263.0This was the post office in Norris City. It is not handicapped disabled friendly. It is difficult to open the front door and there is really not much room to maneuver once you get to the service counter.

First the 9-4:30hrs are very inconvenient for us who work before 9am and leave after 4:30pm. Second, is that you cannot contact your local branch even though they have their own number! I am having an issue with a package, wanted just to ask if it was sitting at my local branch, NO had to go through hoops because got redirected to 800# and my issue still isn't resolved. I don't understand why you can't talk to someone at the local branches.
