I called again July 13, 2026 at 3:48 p.m. and talked to a man for 1 minute and 27 seconds about my apartment mailbox needing the locked fixed. Well, as of today July 20, 2026 my mailbox still isn't fixed. I am very pissed. I need to check my mail. Someone at USPS needs to fix their mailbox asap. I am going to get ahold of someone higher up if they don't fix it by July 25, 2026. If they don't fix it by July 25, 2026. I will be calling again on July 27, 2026. I will post an update if I ever get my lock fixed on my USPS mailbox.

I waited fifteen minutes after they supposedly opened, rang the bell multiple times before someone finally opened the window and told me that the clerk had not shown up to work yet and so they couldn't open. Waited another ten minutes, and then just went to the post office across town. Absolutely ridiculous.
