Drove ro pick up- no phone call letting us know it was not ready… just paid an employee to stand there and wait for a huge order. Manager AJ was rude - “ I am trying to get your order done but I am on the phone with you.” How about having enough employees to do the job right in the first place. Store manager Brady is not available.
