  I was disappointed with the customer service. I asked if the tape on my box would be enough, but instead of being helpful, the response was, “We don’t know what you packed or how you packed it.” Asian old man was rude. The white guy asked for additional charge if we wanna add tape. I purchased box, tape and bubble wrap to them. They also said they could add more tape for an additional charge. I understand there may be policies, but the way it was handled felt unhelpful and not very customer-friendly.

  If i would.be able to give them 0 stars, i would do it. We came to this place to return 5 items. It took us some time to find return receipt. They told me that they are closing and they were so harsh that i had even more problems to find those receipts. As a result we returned only two items and went to another store to return the rest. Do not use this store

  I want to share my deep appreciation for the friendly team at the UPS Store on Half Day Road in Buffalo Grove and particularly for the notary services we received from Sanover, who went to great lengths to meet our needs. When we didn't have the requisite items to complete the work in our morning meeting, and even though she was off in the afternoon, she made arranged to return to the store in the afternoon, in order to see our needs met. Truely above and beyond and caring customer service!
