Brookfield people, we need to be more grateful for our service workers. Went to another location this morning and they wanted me to buy a whole roll of tape for just a little piece. I’d rather come back all the way home and make sure my mail is taken care of. If service being a little slow is a problem for you, practice patience because this locations staff is always kind and helpful.

I never get my mail. I just moved to Brookfield and prior to moving to Brookfield I lived in Lyons. I never had an issue with receiving my mail. Super frustrating! I went in the office and they're most definitely rude! Employee was rude, ignorant, and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Her name was Anica or Amica i couldn't even catch her name since she was so rude, even when I was speaking to the supervisor Ricardo. She kept on speaking over him and interrupting our conversation. Constantly arguing with me. Only good thing is the supervisor was very helpful. However, she was even speaking over him. Good luck to anyone who goes in and gets her.

You have to give credit where credit is do. We have had a Sal as our postman for a long time and he does a great job. Over the past few days we have had a new postman and that is Anthony. Very clean cut and respectable young man. He introduced himself the first day and said he'd be filling in for Sal. Good to see a young person with Ole school values! Someone that it isn't just working for a pay check in this day and age. I sure hope the powers to be at the Post Office recognize him for his outstanding job. Great job Anthony bringing a 5 star rating to a 2.6 company is just what the US Postal Service needs!!
