Then all of the sudden she just turned around (didn't even say a word) and just left to the back office. I've been waiting another 20 minutes. She never came back to help me with anything. She just left. So, I did too. That was my the worst experience of customer service EVER!

No one up front waited 30 min just to send out an envelope because they were to busy chatting and laughing in the back truly ridiculous. 5 counter and none were open to help. Felt bad for senior citizens waiting with me with no help to give them. Please don’t come here!
