Never fails. Always a line. One cashier at most. Other employees shamble around but never assist. And service with a grimace.

Rude uncooperative employees. Do not deserve to be working or dealing with people.

I had a good experience. Postal clerk helped me out with everything I needed to do to ship of my documents for my passport renewal. It was my first time doing this so I was nervous to do something wrong but they helped me pick the right envelope, stapled my photo on the application and made sure the shipping label was on correctly.
