Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people should know what to expect. Every time I’ve been here, customers are left waiting for hours with little to no communication. The employees at the front are rude, unprofessional, and act like helping customers is a burden. They speak to people with no respect and take no responsibility when mistakes happen.
On top of that, they send mail to the wrong addresses, and when you try to get help, they just say it’s “not their problem.” They also don’t always give customers their receipt after payment, even though the receipt contains the tracking number. Later, if you ask about your package, they blame you for not having the receipt, even though they never gave it to you in the first place. I even watched a girl in front of me get the wrong receipt, which shows this isn’t just a one-time mistake.
The entire staff needs better training on customer service, organization, and accountability. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the correct paperwork for services they paid for. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place, and I won’t be coming back unless there are major changes to the way it’s managed.

Walked in to do a passport and waited for one of the four women to acknowledge us. No customers at all. Waited then finally one lady said yes, we told her we have all the forms completed and all required paperwork for a passport. She said you have to make an appointment. I told her it says Bridgeview takes walk ins. Plus, NO ONE was there. They refused to help. What is going on with postal employees.

WORST costumer service ever. What happened to my friend today at this location today was absolutely horrendous.
She went in to do a simple Shein return,
this employee named Victoria completely lost it. Victoria clearly had zero clue how to process the return and instead of just being normal and asking your coworker for help. She started yelling at my friend right there in front of the whole lobby. It's actually crazy because I do the same exact returns all the time at the post office, and it takes two seconds. There was absolutely no excuse for her to snap and act that hostile.
To make it even worse, Victoria literally started talking to herself out loud, saying "Victoria, calm down, you're at work" it was incredibly freaky to witness. It felt so intense, like she was on the verge of getting violent or throwing hands just because she was stressed out. You shouldn't have to feel threatened or deal with a total jerk to just ship a box. Victoria was extremely unprofessional, had super trashy behavior, and management needs to get her out of customer services ASAP.
Nobody should have to deal with this for just simply wanting to return a package.

I’m not one to write reviews but this one needs public attention. My friend had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The employee named Victoria, was incredibly rude and repeatedly raised her voice at my friend in front of other customers simply because she wasn’t trained on how to do a SHEIN return process and was trying to make it more difficult than it had to be.
What made the situation more frustrating is that I myself, have completed Shein returns at USPS many times using the exact same process without any issues. Instead of asking for help or calmly explaining the steps, the employee chose to have disgusting behavior towards her in front of other customers.
The most concerning part was hearing her say along the lines of “Victoria, calm down, you’re at work” while talking to herself. This is uncomfortable to hear and made the interaction feel unnecessarily hostile as if she was going to hit her if she “didn’t calm herself down”. What kind of customer service is this? Customers should be treated with RESPECT and not feel unsafe just to return a package. This behavior was unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.

I have dealt with many customer service employees over the years, and Victoria at USPS is, without question, the most unprofessional clerk we have ever encountered.
From the moment we approached the counter, she displayed an attitude that was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Rather than providing assistance, she acted as though customers were an inconvenience and made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily frustrating. Her lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to provide even the most basic level of customer service were astonishing. She even went out of her way when trying to display to my wife that she is frustrated started speaking to herself in a psychotic manner saying "Victoria, you are at work", essentially trying to calm herself down from potentially engaging in some sort of altercation (INSANE, right?), all because she had zero experience in how to process a SHEIN return. I genuinely think that this person isn't just unprofessional but a possible threat to the customers in the office. Something so simple that shouldn't take longer than 120 seconds to process had to become a spectacle for the other customers to watch.
USPS employees represent the organization to the public, and unfortunately, Victoria represented it in the worst possible way. A cashier or clerk should treat customers with respect, patience, and professionalism, none of which were evident during my experience. I left shocked that someone with such a negative attitude toward the people they serve is allowed to interact with customers.
This was easily the worst experience I have had with any customer service employee, and I sincerely hope USPS management addresses Victoria's conduct so that others do not have to endure the same level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
