- JRJehanzeb RAug 7, 20261.0Horrible place to go, Never go there. Unprofessional, bad attitude, Zero customer service. The supervisors and front desk associates do not care for customers AT ALL. This is the reason, USPS is struggling to survive and running out of cash. While, USPS leaders are trying to get money from congress, the people on the front line are not showing any commitment to save the company. Without our taxes, local community business and customer care, USPS cannot survive and will bankrupt. I went to USPS Bolingbrook to give them business and to submit my kids passport application. The appointment was 2:15p on Saturday, I arrived there at 2:01p and my wife was finishing up a job and was delayed due to traffic and was to arrive at 2:10p. I told the front desk & supervisor and requested an accommodation. They decline, as we were supposed to be there 15mins earlier (i don't know where it was written when setting up the appointment). Then I requested that if the next persons after us, who has the appointment, does not come, Can they facilitate us? They right away declined my request. I waited in USPS, The next person did not come and I was not provided service and I was forced to reschedule, while they had 2 associates and a supervisor, they could have helped a customer and helped their company with business they are waiting for. Companies fall because of this behavior from the front line team and supervisors and I don't want congress to bail out USPS with my tax money, if they are going to have such a bad customers service.

I had a package to send, there was a woman redirecting the line to other areas. I needed a SINGLE piece of tape to close the box and they force you to buy a roll at $5 a pop. The woman redirecting people looked at my stuff, had me stand in line, only to be told that I'd have to go to UPS in the end. They want you in and out, no patience for their customers.
