- BBBTCJun 30, 20261.0I went into the post office early morning around 6:45 am to drop off 2 small boxes to place in the self check out bins. However, the lever didn't release a 2nd time. I was able to place 1 box in the self check out, but wasn't able to release the handle to ensure my box had dropped into the bin. I rung the bell, and as I was doing so, I explained that the lever isn't working properly, and ask if someone would take my boxes that had postage on them. Though I heard the staff speaking to one another on the other side of the door, there was no acknowledgement. Even if they decided, not to take the boxes, in which they did, they should have been courteous enough to respond. Great customer service goes a long way. Please invest in your staff to receive customer service training.

They obviously hate their job and don't want to help the customer who pays for a service. Just want to give a hard time and complicate things by not doing their job and having no complete knowlege of the USPS. Avoid this post office if possible. If you see a good review, it is because it is older than a year. Most of the recent ones are bad reviews.
