  UPS customer service and employee accountability is terrible. I will never select to use them as a package carrier. I had a package delivered by Amazon to my house. Ups took it to this access point instead. Ups then blamed Amazon and said Amazon told them to deliver it there. I called Amazon to verify that this was not true. Amazon had to call ups on my behalf to get them to deliver to the right address because ups refused to do that. I had to call ups and Amazon multiple times and a week later the package was still sitting at the access point instead of being delivered to my house. Ups employees gave me conflicting information as to whether or not the driver even showed up at my house on the first delivery attempt. Some said they never came here and some said that they did. Ups never cared when i pointed out that their employees lied to me and gave me wrong information. They are a terrible company to deal with. Save yourself the headache
