I came in for a simple return and politely asked to use a small piece of tape, and the employee refused, saying “we use too much tape here.” That’s honestly ridiculous for a shipping store—tape is literally part of the service. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was asking for something outrageous. No effort to assist, no basic courtesy—just attitude. This is not how you treat customers. We will be reporting this location to corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you value basic customer service, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
