  I ordered a TV directly from LG, which was delivered by RXO. There were no phone calls from RXO, all communication was via email and text, which was actually a refreshing change. Two days prior to delivery was the initial notification from RXO confirming the delivery date sent via email and text. The evening prior to delivery, another round of email and text indicating the delivery window. The day of, a text when my item left the warehouse, and another when I was up next, which was roughly 30 minutes before their arrival. It was a two man crew, both individuals were friendly, and they were in and out in about five minutes. I was kept informed during the entire process and the delivery crew was top notch, nothing but good things to say about RXO.

  Chris and his partner did an excellent job! The new dryer needed to be carried through the backyard to an outside staircase to the laundry room upstairs. Absolutely no other way to bring it into our old house with narrow doorways. They removed the dead unit, moved the dryer to its pedestal, installed, and carried out to old to the alley, where we requested they leave it. Would absolutely recommend RXO service for freight shipping to anyone!!!

  The white glove team was courteous, professional and did excellent work putting our 7 piece set together . I’m not sure how much they get but they should receive all of the white glove fee!

  Bought an outdoor dining set from Polywood. Both Jose & Sergio communicated early on the delivery window and then 30 mins out timing. When they arrived they were very fast and efficient in assembling the dining set and putting in on my back patio. I highly recommend them!

  I had two young men deliver my Kenmore store and hook it up! The main person that I dealt with was. Manuel Romero Alarcón very polite young man and informative! they actually came a little early which made it better,I appreciate the service and he answer every questions and concerns that I had. He test my stove to make sure that everything was working correct 💯, Thank you;!
