  Horrible experience. Order cancelled 12 hours before delivery with no explanation. This was scheduled weeks in advance with a confirmation the morning before a delivery window. Talked with customer service for hours and they are not helpful. They make it so i cannot even pick up my delivery that they have sitting in their warehouse. I just started my company and this is my first experience and last with RXO

  Ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher. I was regularly updated on delivery schedule, the team showed up on time. They were courteous and professional and completed the install well. Would recommend!

  Painless, quick delivery and the guys were great! Called ahead and called when they arrived. They were literally here 10 minutes including haul away, and even helped me fix one of the slats on my bed that was loose - bonus!! Super happy and pleased with the delivery and the super friendly guys!
