  Primo has changed ownership several times. Was a customer for 35 plus years. On 12/25 they changed their RO filters and system. Was told by the installer David it was a new better system with idiot lights on the new box. Within two - three weeks water output began to slow and could not keep up with the demand.Calls for service were appointment was made were canceled the day before, stating it was a logistical problem. Funny that they didn’t have a problem with the automated billing. After numerous requests for service was told that they had no filters in stock. I then requested the old system be installed. Was told filters to support the old system were no longer available. This went on for almost seven weeks and still being billed for a system that was not working. Many calls and requests to remove equipment were made repeatedly. Had to contact the Better Business Bureau to receive my refund as it was repeatedly promised and never received. I have now installed a new system without the headache. Sad that a company would not honor a customer of 35 years request. Never again glad I no longer have to deal with their lies and false promises
