  Today I went to drop of my passport application for the very first time. I took all my documents in my hand didn't have an envelope I thought I can purchase one there. Well the clerk who help me was very nice she took my documents and took my payment. I asked her when can I check if my application was received she told me about a week. All was OK so I left. When I got to my car I felt uneasy because I didn't see her putting my documents in an envelope so I started to feel uneasy about leaving my very important docs with her because I didn't see them being put in an envelope. So I checked online to see if can send them priority mail so I have a tracker. So I went back only this time the other clerk who was there told me they sent them which I know they do but I told her I wanted to make sure I had tracking for my documents. She kept talking to me in a very rude voice like talking down to me. Saying they sent them out. I left feeling worse then the first time I walked out. How do I know my documents won't end up lost, stolen or forged if they have people working behind the counter with horrible customer service and attitude. The post office needs to conduct better interviews and not put unprofessional people like her to handle customers. I was not being rude or talking to her with an attitude for her to talk to me in that way. Instead of reassuring me that my documents are safe with them she made me feel the opposite. Please people make sure you stay in the counter until they finish filling out the application and you see it sealed in an envelope.

  I wish could give less. This isnt the first unfriendly and unhelpful visit ive had. The lady that works. There is extremely rude and unhelpful. When you have questions for her, she doesn't have any answers. She doesn't know anything. It's like she doesn't want to talk to us or give customer service. As if it's my fault that my mail says it's delivered.And it's not. This location needs a friendlier worker running the desk.

  The service just sucks it’s already limited places you can go to drop off your passport application you waste money on a Uber just to get here then find out you need to make an appointment with such limited options it should always be someone available for those services.
