- EPEmily ParksAug 14, 20261.0I had a very strange experience here wednesday August 12th. I walked up to the store to send a nike return, a lady stopped me and said she could take Amazon returns. I said that I didnt have an Amazon return and went to one the door, she physically blocked me from the door in am aggressive manner and told me she could take my package. I expressed that this situation was very odd, since we were outside in the rain and she wasnt wearing standard ups brown but bright blue. She told me I couldnt go inside but she could take my item and couldnt give me a recept. I told her no and expressed that this didnt seem normal, and I left. I watched another women walk out of store and they started doing things on their phones.
- JJJamesJul 13, 20265.0In my experience I have been in and out of this location as fast as the registers can move. It is a shame that the store isn't open longer on a Saturday. I can see the lower stars. Especially if you visit often. The store crowded and almost always extremely busy. In reality the team at this store is doing the best they can while you can feel like your at a DMV. I personally believe that this store should be way bigger than it is (I mean the FedEx store is 3 or 4 times it size). That I believe would fix many people's issues of parking and wait times. I mean if you can feel like your at the DMV you probably don't have enough staff and space
- DDDPJun 29, 20261.0I had the slowest UPS experience of my life at this store, even after pre-paying for the label. I stood in line for a whopping 20 minutes! To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me an extra $2 to tape a corner of the box, which was no bigger than 3 inches. I highly recommend visiting the UPS store in Meijer instead.
