Today, even though the store closes at 6 PM, the staff member at the print counter refused to help me at 4:45 PM. I explained that I couldn’t upload my file online and simply needed assistance to get it submitted — I even said I was fine picking up the prints on Monday. Still, he denied service and showed no willingness to help. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with his rude and dismissive attitude. He doesn’t listen, cuts customers off, and acts as if helping with basic printing needs is a burden. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I was going to get my picture taken for my passport and the guy totally ignored me. Then when I went to print my PDF form. It’s showed it completely filled out but printed blank. He wouldn’t help and kept saying these are self service. I work in customer service and I would have been fired a long time ago. He was the manager of course. Don’t waste your time.

- NKNicole KJul 27, 20261.0I would give this location less than one star if I could. The customer service here has been consistently terrible. One bad experience is understandable, but this has happened time and time again. The employees are unfriendly, seem annoyed whenever they have to help a customer, and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in. During my most recent visit, the employee (a large man with glasses) repeatedly rolled his eyes, shook his head, sighed, and mumbled under his breath while walking away. It was incredibly unprofessional and made for a very uncomfortable experience. I won’t be doing business with this location again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for courteous or professional service.
