- AMashley mervisJul 2, 20261.0the worker was name was david/ dave and he wasn’t a jerk to my parents!!!!!! he wasnt helpful he doesnt know costumer service skills!!! my dad ask for a screwdriver to undo his monitors and he was like ‘no i dont’ in a very rude manner like he could of careless about helping anyone. my dad was pissed!! i really hope he gets let go and never in cs AGAIN!!!! hes horrible to b around like he was awful!!!

Outwardly joking about their rudeness. A poor representation of FedEx. I would drive further away to avoid using this particular location, or better yet not use this business at all. treated my young daughter, as though she was stupid, Then laughed. Condescension, unhelpful attitude and seemed to enjoy it. I am no less then shocked as a person who runs a business.

The estimated charge was $24.55 which included a fuel surcharge and another charge because the recipient lived in the boonies. They charged me $63.68 because it was "non-standard" packaging. No one informed me at the time that it was non standard. Top top it off the tube I used was shipped to me via Fedex from supply house I deal with and they only charged me less than $20.
