  I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the two gentlemen who not only processed my return last Thursday, but also helped me carry two very heavy boxes into the store. I have always received excellent service at this store, but their customer service was truly exceptional this time!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to update my previous review. I dropped off a USPS return package containing jewelry at this UPS Store and became very concerned when the tracking never updated and continued to show “Label Created, not yet in system” for over a week. Because of the lack of tracking activity, I feared the package had been lost. However, I recently received confirmation from the retailer that my return was received and successfully processed. While the lack of tracking updates was stressful, the package ultimately made it to its destination. I also appreciate that the store responded to my concerns and provided contact information so the matter could be investigated further. Based on the final outcome, I wanted to update my review and give credit where it’s due. Thank you to the staff for handling my package and helping ensure it reached its destination.
