- ARAshley RegaladoFeb 24, 20261.0I hate this post office. Anytime I have any package being delivered through USPS it says it was delivered but no package was dropped off here. I strongly believe someone who works at the post office is stealing packages. I have submitted a service request claim and currently waiting for this to be investigated and resolved.

This shipment went from Boston to Colorado, then through their facility in Illinois, to New Jersey, back to Massachusetts where it belonged! I Spoke with many different people along the way, including the Vendor who sold me my package and it was Isaiah who followed up and called me numerous times to assist and update me the whole way through, until my package finally arrived! Bravo to Isaiah, he's the man! Exceptional customer service and well done sir! I truly appreciated your help!

Since this is supplies for my business, it is affecting my livlihood. At this time of lockdowns, closures etc, definitely not good service. I'd give NO stars if i could, given the fact that no one seems to care, and no answers have been forthcoming.
