More than once, a package that was suppose to be delivered to my residence never arrived but was marked as delivered when I tracked it. I am tired of losing my money on items I have ordered simply because of incompetent employees who can't seem to deliver items to the correct address. Or is it that my items are being stolen ? When I try to call the Dutch Hollow post office for assistance, no one ever answers ! WHY ??? How can you treat customers so poorly? The phone just rings and rings and no one ever picks up. Something needs to be done!
