They told me that they didn’t lose it and then everything will be fine. Now here I am seven months later, having to pay into a collections fee because they lost my item. And they won’t take any responsibility for it.

I just replied multiple times, I brought this to you since yall are the pros. Then he asked if I cared if it arrived broken. Wound up giving me a bid of 500 miles. Stl to Michigan. I dunno if I’d trust these people to even shop Amazon returns. Anyways, carried the item out and heading to FedEx.
