- PWPaul Wollschlager6 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible. I ordered a package from California, it made it to bedford location in 2 days. I'm in Bridgeview, and it's been sitting at bedford for 8 damn days. How incompetent can you possibly be?!?!?!?!?

Just say you want free money and to steal the stuff we pay our hard earned money for. This location should be audited an re evaluated entirely and I want my items or a refund already, there should be no limited time period for YOUR mistakes beyond my control.

I filed a missing package with USPS a few days ago, and that seems to be going nowhere too. I will be shocked if I ever get this package. I wish all retailers would use UPS or Fedex only!
- YHYovana HernandezJul 2, 20261.0This is my first time writing a review but the service was so bad that it was completely necessary. I went to this office and returned two packages. The carrier scanned both packages. Somehow a few days later I realized that only one was showing as delivered and the other one wasn't. I received my credit for one package and the other one was still showing as not "scanned by the carrier". FIY the package was worth $200. Well I went to the office to see if they were somehow able to retrieve the tracking number. They said they couldn't because it was too far back. Then I made my research and found out about a "search request" through USPS. If the people at this facility knew about these policies then that would have been useful but there was no help at all. Gladly, I did that. After a few days my package was found and now shows as delivered. Please do not go to this office.
