- CTcasey timmSep 1, 20261.0I don’t know what’s going on with this location but I have a new skateboarding sponsor and they sent me a bunch of merch and boards and they sent it from Texas arriving to this location in illinois within 2 days but for some reason my package has sat at this location for 6 days and counting I cannot get ahold of anyone and am being told there is nothing I can do about it. If I had connections or money I would sue them because from what I’m told this is a habit that they have and have done to many others
- KDKaitlyn DavenportAug 31, 20261.0Just left, took me an hour to get here cause of a crash out front cars got backed up, lady scanning my packages threw the biggest fit and basically bullied me the whole time, started apologizing to the single person behind me for the wait after scanning a single package, mind you I had been standing there waiting for someone to come out while both registers were empty and he came in after she started scanning for me. I got TWO PACKAGES scanned before I got tired of her snide passive aggressive comments and left saying “I’d like to go somewhere where they wanna work” she was nasty rude and disrespectful for no reason, she has no idea what’s happening in people’s lives and to be so nasty unprompted is just cruel not to mention unprofessional. I hope whatever she’s going through gets better so she can adequately and respectfully do her job going forward as it’s clearly inhibiting it.
