- MRMyriah RSep 7, 20261.0Every single weekend I come to this post office to drop off a package or 2 their drop off box is ALWAYS stuck!! It’s super inconvenient to have to keep coming back up here because packages are stuck - we should be able to use the drop off back every day without a single problem- I also try to avoid this place as much as possible since The workers always seem bothered and annoyed by customers.

I have not been able to find any USPS policy prohibiting colored packing tape, and other USPS locations have accepted packages prepared the same way. The employee at the counter was rude and offered little explanation or assistance. Since other nearby post offices have accepted identical packages without issue, I would recommend using one of those instead. (Geneva, St. Charles, etc.)
