They’ve put my packages on top of our garbage cans and on the ground in front of the garage. I’ve scheduled for pre-paid pick up, Leave package at front door, get text/email saying package was picked up only to see it STILL IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. The incompetence is astounding. Just waiting for them to go bankrupt.
