I brought in a package that already had a prepaid shipping label attached. Instead of helping me find a solution, she insisted that I remove the existing packaging and purchase a new one rather than placing the new label over the old one. Whether that was store policy or not, it was the way I was treated that was unacceptable. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made it clear that helping customers was the last thing she wanted to do. If dealing with customers is that frustrating, perhaps a customer-facing role isn't the right fit.
