- EBEva Barrera5 days ago1.0The Indian lady at the front dest is extremely rude ,I had many people tell me not to go there because she gets mad if u ask a question..I think they should hire people who understand that the job comes with good customer service...I rather use the self quiosk than feel uncomfortable in line gettin rude customer service

I had a package for my cousin's wedding that had just arrived at their facility the morning of the wedding and I took the gamble of driving to this location to ask if they could take a peak in back to see if they could find it easily. Jemima was able to go back and get my package so I could bring it to the wedding on time! Jemima deserves a raise! She is a star employee!
- AWAnniyah WynnAug 11, 20261.0This was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever tried to simply just get in contact with, none of their menu options work, they either didn’t want to pick up the phone or kept hanging up. That’s not even the worse thing about this location, they also are horrible at delivering packages, I think you’re considered one of the lucky ones if this location ends up getting your package and successfully drops it off… it seems hard for them to do that. If only I had knew my package was coming here I would’ve tried asking for another location. I don’t even want to rate it 1 star.

One of my forms needed a few corrections, and they clearly explained what needed to be updated. I made the corrections and came back, and they quickly verified all the documents and processed our applications. The place was not crowded, and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. We were done and out within about 30 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
- LTLooney TunesAug 1, 20263.0This location is nice and convenient but is horrible as far as hours are concerned. The hours of service are wrong on the outside of the building. Says the lobby closes at 5pm but on the doors to the lobby it says 4pm. So annoying people are planning their day based on this information. Then the hours aren’t even available on the Google listing it makes you go to the website. But the people are nice enough but update the hours please
