- SFsteven fox5 days ago1.0They have one blue box and the mail is falling out of it. It’s so full.
- YWYixiang WangJul 1, 20261.0I had a 1:00 PM passport appointment and wasn't acknowledged until 1:20 PM by an employee with glasses who was wearing earbuds, which is why she couldn't hear me and started yelling at me to speak up. She was incredibly rude, rushed me through my documents, “she really thinks she’s an TSA Agent”, and threw my photo back at me. Not just that she threatened me and even yelled at me for leaving a few confusing questions blank on the application. I walked out and took my business to the Montgomery post office, where the service was a 10/10 and the staff was actually kind and helpful. Don't waste your time at this Aurora location.

- AZAbel ZamoraJun 8, 20261.0First time sending mail at any post office. Time Was around 10 am. The Short Hispanic lady was rude and not very patient. (I'm a Hispanic male). There weren't many customers in there but she all of a sudden needed to take a break. The Phillipino guy was very nice though. Very informative, patient and kind.
