Absolutely professional When customers were at the window. but kept customers waiting for several minutes while having personal conversations about schedules, time off and weekend plans. Nothing in appropriate about conversations, but wholly disrespectful of other's who are often handling business during limited time off (i.e. lunch breaks). When there are only 3 people in line and you make them wait because -there's only 3 people in line and you are having a leisure conversation, it is poor service.
