If you need to get your passport done or require any other postal service, I highly recommend Kia at the Arlington Heights Post Office. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She caught and corrected an error on my parents’ passport applications before they were mailed, which could have otherwise caused a significant delay in processing. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and excellent customer service. Thank you, Kia, for making the process so much easier!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kia (or Keya) for the incredible customer service she provided. I came in to mail my wedding invitations after accidentally being sold the wrong postage stamps by another employee. I had specifically asked for non-machinable stamps, but I was mistakenly given regular postage. Kia immediately understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. Not only did she help me get the non-machinable stamps I actually needed, but she also offered to help me once the post office wasn’t as busy. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and what may have seemed like a small act of kindness meant the world to me. Because of Kia, I left feeling relieved and confident that my invitations would be mailed correctly. Thank you, Kia, for your professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile. The USPS is lucky to have someone like you, and I truly hope you’re recognized for the outstanding service you provide!

I want to leave a complaint about an employee named Kia. I came to the post office because my package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I only wanted to ask where my package was scanned. Kia was rude and spoke to me with an aggressive attitude. She did not answer my question. She only said that her supervisor would contact me. While I was there, I also saw her speaking very rudely to one of her coworkers. She treated customers the same way. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I came to the post office hoping someone would help me, but instead I left feeling upset and disappointed. Her attitude ruined my evening. I hope USPS will look into this and make sure customers are treated with respect.
