This post office should be permanently closed.
The level of disrespect and mistreatment customers experience there is astounding.
I went to pick up a package that was being held at the facility. The clerk, Kia, who was supposed to assist me, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked about my package, and she repeatedly interrupted me, rolled her eyes, said “Jesus” in a dismissive tone, talked over me, and treated me with complete disrespect.
I still did not receive my package and now have to go back again, which honestly makes me anxious given how I was treated.
I am a Stage IV cancer patient, and dealing with this kind of hostility while simply trying to pick up a package is unacceptable.
After reading so many similar negative reviews, I want to know. What is management doing about this?
Are there any consequences for this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism?
What steps are being taken to improve the customer service experience?
Because I have never been treated this poorly anywhere in my life.
Something has to be done. And I hope that it will.
Thank you.

The woman working there was very rude. I went there to make a return. When I walked in, I didn’t know where I was supposed to stand, and she rolled her eyes at me and said, “next.” While she was processing my return, she didn’t speak to me at all. When she finished, I wasn’t sure it was done. When I was leaving, I said “Thank you, have a good one,” and she didn’t even respond—she just rolled her eyes. Very rude.

Zero stars. My shipments are often late. The reason given is that there is no access to the address. Which is an absolute lie.Stupid job. They deliver my parcel back and forth.
