  Never had a problem here. Very kind older gentleman working the counter all day by himself. I can at least vouch for his Profesional tone and efficiency. Long lines are fine when you have only one person working that day. That being said, pay the guy more and/or Hire a summer intern to help him.

  I recently visited the store to return a few items from Nautica, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While I understand that return policies can involve specific details and requirements, the staff’s behavior during the interaction was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable in front of other customers. As a customer, it’s not always easy to know the exact questions to ask or fully understand the finer points of store policies. That’s where the role of the staff becomes especially important—to guide customers with patience and courtesy instead of being loud. A more respectful and supportive approach would have made a significant difference. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, as a positive and respectful interaction is just as important as the services offered.

  Great customer service! This location offers a wide variety of printing services, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
