It’s rare to find customer service this good, I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitudes. Highly recommend working with them if you get the chance!

When I originally went into the store, I brought the package to a counter with a person but was directed to the self help kiosk instead. Now my package is not moving and they won’t connect me with someone at the store to speak about it directly. Never had this issue with any other Fedex location.
