- BBbonjourginaJul 23, 20262.0Walter was very rude. I asked him if my package will go out that day and he made a pejorative remark like… yes, Duh, we are not allowed to just hold mail here. But in fact, it did not go out until the next day. In the post office, they ask you to rate your experience as a green smile, yellow neutral, and red frown. Before I could tap the screen, he reached over and tapped the green smile. That is a false rating. Will definitely avoid this post office when I can.. Disappointing on every front.
