- ASAngelica SinghJul 1, 20261.0Terrible customer service and line out the door. I went I line to purchase a box and bubble wrap as well as ship an item. The guy made me purchase the items, then go back in line AGAIN because he refused to help me pack even though it takes only 1-2 minutes. He also told me I need an address I said it’s EBay you need to print the shipping label first because it doesn’t tell me where it’s going, that’s how eBay works. How does he not understand this? His ONE job is to ship things out and he can’t lend a helping hand. God likes humble people not people who act like this. Wasted my time making me go back in line again. Plus my hands were full, phone was ringing and he just didn’t wanna help because the employees lack compassion. USPS do better!!!
