- SFSpiritual FaithfulSep 12, 20261.0I had a highly unprofessional experience at this establishment. An African big chick working here made rude, unsolicited comments about my character, telling me that I seemed timid and needed to 'loosen up.' I do not know this person, and it is completely unacceptable for an employee to make negative assumptions about a customer. Staff should focus on doing their jobs respectfully and professionally while honoring personal boundaries. I do not appreciate these insults and will not be returning.

The guys inside move incredibly slow with a massive line, are dismissive, and more times than not theres only one dude working the front with 12 people waiting. This place needs more people for the volume of customers I see in here all the time, or work a little faster.

The guy made me purchase the items, then go back in line AGAIN because he refused to help me pack even though it takes only 1-2 minutes. He also told me I need an address I said it’s EBay you need to print the shipping label first because it doesn’t tell me where it’s going, that’s how eBay works. How does he not understand this? His ONE job is to ship things out and he can’t lend a helping hand. God likes humble people not people who act like this. Wasted my time making me go back in line again. Plus my hands were full, phone was ringing and he just didn’t wanna help because the employees lack compassion. USPS do better!!!
