  I have to give a huge shout out to Madison at the UPS store in Algonquin, IL! From the time I first shipped a special package to a loved one. She knew I was nervous about sending it out and she reassured me it would be packaged and shipped with care. All seemed to go well until its arrival at its destination. I needed to change it to be delivered to a local store/pickup location and although I received confirmation notifications they were being rerouted, it kept going through the system trying to be delivered to its original destination. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives who were condescending and rude who told me everything was fine and in the end was refused. But it wasn’t refused by the recipient, it was refused by the dedicated UPS pickup locations and yet, I was charged both times for the attempted re-routes there. The next notification wa that it was being shipped back to Illinois! Madison received the package and promptly contacted me to find out what happened. She then reached out to UPS corporate and filed a claim on my behalf. She continued to advocate for me until resolution that the package would be shipped back at no additional cost to me and I was also credited back the two small charges when I attempted to reroute the package locally at it’s destination area. Her tenacity and dedication to customer service was above and beyond and I hope the UPS stores and corporate management teams recognize the star employee they have on their team!

  Great customer service always from the people who work here. Easy to make returns. They need better music playing to boost energy and morale!

  We had a great experience. Super quick, easy, and we felt very taken care of. Really appreciate that they’re open on Saturday as well. Definitely recommend

  Be careful. They charge $20 for Nottary service . We called the other stores and they said they charge like $1 . The Manager told me Illinois just recently increased their Nottary fees . They are scammers and lie to people . I am reporting him To UPS Corporate and BBB . This is ridiculous.
