  I had to drop off an Amazon return here unfortunately, because UPS wasn't an option for these items. It was 3 items all on the same order/return code. I also had a prepaid FedEx return. The guy working there was so incredibly rude. It was as if I was bothering him having him do his job. I won't go back here next time. There's other FedEx locations nearby.

  $2,50 fee to print 3 pages ??? And worse I was printing a resume for a job interview! This is absurd !!!! BBB Complaint will be placed because this can’t be right tho ! Is ripping people off!!! Have some decency please !!!

  I sent an image for printing to a local shop. Got a voicemail about concerns; they asked me to call back. I did, and got a robot that simply refused to put me through to the local store. After several tries, I gave up. I will not spend my money anywhere that insulates themselves with a layer of phone robots. *They* asked *me* to call back, but their system wouldn't let me. I went to the store and talked to the rep. She said, "You mean option 8 didn't put you through?" I had to fight not to burst out laughing. Option 8 from a robot is usually something like, "Are you interested in learning more about investor relations with our Central Asian subsidiaries?" No, it suffices to say, I did not listen for option 8. The first option was, as I recall, "Are you calling about a print order for delivery or pickup." I was. Beyond this, I canceled my order because the image would have printed very differently (heavily cropped) from the way it appeared online. So I can't trust their online ordering system, and I can't contact the store.

  Rude agent barking orders. How about "may I see your ID please". Don't tell me you have to scan my ID for a pick up. FedEx policy that is clearly on the website is that you need to check my name and date of birth (to determine I am an adult) and that is all if I wish not to scan my license. So don't lie to me and tell me if I don't scan I don't get the package. It was like dealing with a 3 year old. In the end, I did not scan and I have my package.

  Went to this FedEx to have a few things printed and Megan was beyond helpful! She was very great at communicating and made the experience so much better!
