- SSSamantha S.6 days ago1.0Customer service is deplorable. I have lived in the valley 27 years and never had more than common mail-service issues until recent years from the two new male employees who work there. I am so rarely able to receive packages (even when I have a yellow slip and tracking number, that I am using a friends mailing address). I am also alarmed about how strictly they adhere to their yellow-slip system when you could easily scratch out one box number and write another to steal someone else's mail as they ask for no ID or tracking number. It might be worth it if more of us contact the post master. I also find some of the 5-star reviews pretty suspicious as they are all one star or five. most of them comment nothing under unverified accounts. Perhaps an poorly disgusied attempt to improve the average?
- JBJessica BybeeAug 25, 20261.0Horrible customer service! I had a package being delivered. when I tracked my package it said delivery attempt failed at 10:02 no room in mailbox. I was home at that time, no one ever knocked or tried to deliver my package So I called the post office, They said my package was too big and heavy to fit on their truck, that I needed to come pick it up from the post office. I left work early to make it there before they closed, when I got there they told me that my package was on their truck and that I’d have to come back the next day to pick it up. I was lied to more than once, given the run around and still do not have my package. And the guy at the post office acted annoyed that I was upset and was extremely rude to me. This place is a joke!
- DDDerek DrostJul 17, 20261.0Unfortunately, this post office has a very bad habit of mis-delivering packages all over the valley. This is my third time this summer of needing to prioritize my schedule to go to the PO and determine where they left my package, which Informed Delivery shows as having been delivered, but is not in my mailbox or our community central parcel locker. The saving grace is that they always are able to tell me where it is with their GPS tracking technology, but it would be awfully nice if they would simply accurately deliver it to begin with. To the extent that you are able to avoid Victor PO and work with Driggs or Tetonia instead, it's highly recommended. Unfortunately for us with Victor addresses, we are left no choice...
