  Absolutely horrible service, after you wait on hold for over 45 minutes to even talk to someone.

  I am a former customer of Idaho Springs whom Mt Olympus took over the account. I didn't receive notification of the changeover, and our account went into collections. I paid on it immediately and now after weeks of waiting for a call to resume services your customer services is telling me that because we were customers for less than a year, we can never have the service again. Had I had notification of the change over our account would have not gone into collections. I understand this may be a company policy but I feel a exception could be made as I was in excellent standing with Idaho springs and set up on auto pay.

  This company delivered water to my house, but I don’t use them. I tried calling about having the water removed, and it’s just a pre-recorded message of someone pretending to pick up the phone. So, I couldn’t even talk to anyone, and this is such a waste of water.

  Love this company. The product and service of this company is great. Never a problem with anything needed and requests are always met.
