  Very poor service. If you get behind on your bill you can’t pay on their online site. You have to call! I told them I wanted to cancel service in October and they never canceled and continued to charge for their equipment even though I ask them to come get it by a phone call. I can’t believe this is the company Costco uses. They said they would give me a partial credit and so far they haven’t done that. Im not pleased. Dealing with breast cancer I didn’t need this to worry about too.

  Water quality is good and also rental dispenser also convenient, cold/hot water and K-cup so easy make drink any time. But delivery and customer service not good as I expected. Also the delivery fee pretty expensive than I expected too. Definitely not recommend this company. Only delivered twice for my order, once was for equipment ,another time for 2 bottles of water then never deliver my order again, everytime I called customer service they made sure I would have my water delivery next day but never happened ,just keep rescheduling and did not send notification via email.
