- KGKay GrondDec 1, 20222.0Very poor service. If you get behind on your bill you can’t pay on their online site. You have to call! I told them I wanted to cancel service in October and they never canceled and continued to charge for their equipment even though I ask them to come get it by a phone call. I can’t believe this is the company Costco uses. They said they would give me a partial credit and so far they haven’t done that. Im not pleased. Dealing with breast cancer I didn’t need this to worry about too.
