After discussing sizes and paper options I was informed I would have an estimate by the end of the day. Perfect. That was on a Monday morning. End of the day rolled around, no estimate. I wasn’t in a hurry so I waited until Wednesday to give them a ring. I was told that I’d have an estimate by noon that day, Wednesday. Perfect. Noon rolled around, no estimate. I waited until the following week to send a follow up email. No response. I get it, people get busy, but at least a phone call, reply to my email? Nothing. By the way, their competitor had the prints made the next day.
