- DLDaniel LeeJul 11, 20261.0The worst post office I have ever been to. Ran out of tape barely not covering a small section of my box that I was shipping. I asked nicely if they would put a small piece of tape to secure my box. The employee told me I had to purchase a whole roll of tape to use a small piece of tape when there was literally a roll of tape sitting next to the employee. Sat in line for 15 minutes for no reason. Never use this post office they will waist your time. No customer service, no professionalism, and zero common sense.

I wish I would not have chosen star for my PO box for my business. Unnecessarily disrespectful. Go elsewhere if you can.

None of our packages or mail would ever get delivered to our P.O. Box. Which is the service that we paid for. We finally decided to cancel and close our P.O. Box because none of our items were actually getting delivered to our P.O. Box. The “Postmaster” at this location is an absolute joke. He is rude, standoffish, and completely useless. This man has absolutely no customer service skills, and truly does not care about his job or anyone that steps into the Star Post Office. Even his own employees at the Front Desk would complain about him to us, and how bad he is. That says a lot about this place. Don’t waste your time or your money with this Post Office in Star.
