I have weighed my letters (less than an oz) and made sure they fit through the slot for a regular letter. I have been required to pay more than my forever stamp by 49 cents more. The letter/card meets all requirements for one forever stamp

I asked nicely if they would put a small piece of tape to secure my box. The employee told me I had to purchase a whole roll of tape to use a small piece of tape when there was literally a roll of tape sitting next to the employee. Sat in line for 15 minutes for no reason. Never use this post office they will waist your time. No customer service, no professionalism, and zero common sense.
