Don’t use this store if you need your package to be delivered on time. We paid for next day air. The package never even shipped. They lost my package. When you call the local number it routs to a call owner in India. The people in India say you have to call the local store. But there is no way to call the local store. Nobody cares enough to help. They all pass the buck to someone else.

The manager/notary here is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and made signing our real estate documents a breeze. Very friendly and helpful staff every time I’ve been here. Thank you!

I made 8 black and white copies at the Star Idaho store. The cashier charged me $1.00/sheet. I asked if he was sure. I called another UPS store in the area and was advised the cashier, Infact over charged me. He should have charged me .19 cents a sheet. I called the store (where the copies were made) asked to speak with the manager. The same cashier answered the phone, he said the owner would not be back for a couple of weeks, he was very reluctant to speak with me, then he said she would be back on 9/13. The store owner promptly called me back and advised me, I had been inadvertently overcharged. She was very gracious and kindly refunded me the difference.
