Blaming her for not putting her address on it correctly, even though her confirmation and shipping email for the package had the CORRECT address on it. They didnt even try to deliver it, they just sent it back. She crossed her arms and blatantly refused to help her with the most condescending tone of voice. Said the only reason it wasnt delivered correctly was because my mom "didnt do it right", which is a blatant lie. It's like it's a requirement to be awful and disrespectful to be able to work at a post office. Every post office in Kootenai county that we have been to have been so awful with customer service
