- MMMousecopJul 14, 20261.0New rural mail carrier is a joke. They leave packages in the road, make a bunch of excuses why they can’t deliver packages, and Postmaster constantly has to line them out. Never had a problem with previous mail people. If they fired this one they could save money since I have to go get my mail at the Post Office.
- GCGregory CaseyDec 31, 20241.0They are so unreliable. I hate to order anything because you are lucky to get any of your packages. Makes me wonder if they hire people that can read or they take it home for themselves. They are that bad. One star isn’t low enough for these people. They are just awful. So back I have seen mail scattered down the road with a USPS Mail tote sitting in the middle of the road. We get other people’s mail all the time and I have to deliver it to the people. They complained about the size of my mailbox, which is a standard mailbox. They leave my mailbox door open even when it’s raining. I have complained to the management at the Postal Service and nothing gets done. The mail lady has her family deliver the mail while she goes and does something else which is illegal to have family members that don’t work at the Postal Service. Deliver the mail for you..Half the package never make it. One time they lost over 90% of my package in a week.

- HBHeidy BakerMar 6, 20201.0I Have been living 31 years in the Benewah Valley. Never a reason to complain about the Mail carrier, nor the Post Office employees. Exactly the opposite! Except for the present crew! What a pain in the rear. All those years packages were delivered to a designated spot, or picked up by someone else who was in town.Today I called the P.O. about pick up of a package. In fact, the last time was only 2 weeks ago, there was no problem then. Today I was told by a postal employee (Tanya) that no one was allowed to pick up my package. "It has never been done" was the answer to my question why not. That is a LIE! The present crew is giving so different information from one time to the next, one might get the impression "if you don't know, make it up". Maybe they need better training? L'd like to give them minus 5 stars.
