Managing the mail for a bustling metropolis of roughly 500 residents is surely an overwhelming burden. However, the sheer dedication required to continuously return mail marked "No Address"—simply because a PO Box number was omitted—is nothing short of astonishing. One would think a tiny, tight-knit community might foster basic recognition, but the commitment to bureaucratic rigidity here is unwavering. Furthermore, I must apologize for the immense inconvenience of bringing outbound packages into the building. The profound annoyance and palpable attitude displayed by the staff when forced to interact with a human being is entirely understandable; after all, human interaction is highly unexpected in a customer service role. If you are looking to experience a masterclass in hostility and weaponized incompetence, this branch is highly recommended. Otherwise, prepare for disappointment.

They know the name and address but are unwilling to keep the package. They just send it back because they don't want to do there job. Update. The lady's who were working went out of there way to help make this right and found my package. Then the post master made it a point to call me to make sure it was resolved. Thank you again for helping me figure it out.

She's absolutely rude to customers and refuses to work with or help them. She wants to argue with you about how things work instead of figuring out a solution to the problem.
