- L3lullaby 34May 8, 20261.0The staff was very kind, especially the guy working on May 8th, 2026. He handled the situation professionally, offered helpful solutions, and stayed respectful the entire time while I was clearly stressed trying to deal with the login system. He really deserves credit for how patient and understanding he was. Unfortunately, my experience changed after he went to get the manager. Her approach immediately felt confrontational, which only made an already stressful situation worse. When I apologized in case I had come across rude, her response felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude in return. She continued insisting I go through the QR code process , even though this system has been in place for over a year and many customers clearly still find it frustrating, I know I’m not the only one. As a manager, especially with years of experience, conflict resolution and customer interaction should be handled with more professionalism and empathy. I’ve honestly never felt the need to write a review before, but this interaction was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to say something. Other than that experience, the rest of the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. They work hard and honestly deserve better pay than $11/hour.

Make sure you gave your documents on a USB or that you've emailed them to yourself before you arrive. A range of printing available on various paper weights. You can print up to 12"x18". Pricing is competitive (just over a dollar for a cardstock weight 12"x18"). It can get busy at times so plan on having 15 minutes available in case of queues. They're great at getting people through quickly, however.
