Maybe be a little more kind, I was shipping out packages, had my QR codes and they worked perfectly fine. Just seemed very impatient and terrible customer service when I asked her to repeat herself because she spoke softly. First time working with her and that’s my first impression. Very disappointed. I am an easy customer.

This is my go-to post office. Note: As there are no times posted online, here it is: Open M-F 8:30-5 with lunch-break closed from 12-1.

If you in line waiting, and there is two windows open one will close slow things down, the amount of customers waiting seems unimportant. While I’ve been waiting my 20 mins two packages have come back with customers saying they were delivered incorrectly to the wrong address. What a confidence booster.
