Kindly giving them the benefit of the doubt, not updating their posted hours. Considering that this is a Federal Building, I'm especially more critical.

I’ve never had a negative experience here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My packages are usually ready to go, so I just drop them off at the counter. This is my go-to post office. Note: As there are no times posted online, here it is: Open M-F 8:30-5 with lunch-break closed from 12-1.

I’m never coming back. Super long lines. If you in line waiting, and there is two windows open one will close slow things down, the amount of customers waiting seems unimportant. While I’ve been waiting my 20 mins two packages have come back with customers saying they were delivered incorrectly to the wrong address. What a confidence booster.

I understand dealing with customers is difficult. And having to help people mail packages can get stressful. But like any job, how you communicate is important. You can be 100% knowledgeable. But if you're rude to the person you're talking to (giving that whatever attitude), it can effect the situation. I was able to mail off packages, but the customer service here makes me really not looking forward to coming.

This made me laugh. The employees that were working were amazing and help me out on how to send jars of jam to my sister in Colorado. They help me choose a box and bubble wrap. once it was ready to send the post office worker made sure to heavily label it with fragile stickers.*Now, after I left, I don’t know what happened to it and tell it arrived to my sister in Colorado and she sent me a picture of the box. It looked like those videos you see of somebody like running over a package and then toss in it on the porch. We were lucky that none of the jars were broken. I give the post office three stars because of the employees, but if I could, the delivery would be zero
