  I was home and they didn't knock just left a door tag. When I called they said it was going to be tried to be redelivered that day. It didn't, I tried calling and the door tag they gave me doesn't work with their system. Had to pull up the email and they still didn't want to get me to a person and hung up three times. Their AI automated system sucks.

  I WISH I COULD CHOOSE NO STARS! Every single time we have a package delivered they refuse to deliver it to the door. We have a gate code they can use to bring it to the house, but instead will leave the package under the gate keypad, up on the road. We have complained every time to the local office yet nothing is done. So we will no longer use FedEx. We had to cancel our pets dog food delivery because in the past they have misdelivered her food to someone else's house and we didnt get the food back. We've had the same UPS/ mailperson for 11 years, yet FedEx has different drivers all the time. PATHETIC!

  Always receive my packages on time and without damage. I really wish they would update their App and make it better but still a great shipping company.
