The reason under their reasoning is "reason" They just sit outside your house and him their horn until someone comes out and give you a attitude for daring to make them wait. Lazy and rude.

I have also not received some of my packages from them because they get delivered elsewhere. Do better like seriously

When it comes to smart post from fedex I highly recommend if you like in new plymouth dont do it as itll take them forever to accept items an when you call they will say you dont have your items there so I called the 1800 number an they said the post office in new Plymouth should have accepted the smart post 4 days ago... very irritated with this post office 🙄 worthless
