I was wondering if i could Pickup a package from here and the first thing she said was “um why would it be here” in a very rude tone and the rest of the interaction treated me like i was Stupid for having a simple question and was no help.
- JVJ VawdreyMay 21, 20261.0I sell things online and my business has been SIGNIFICANTLY damaged but negligence of this post office. I don't know if someone smeared their scanner with their lunch food or something but my after hour drops get skipped A LOT. Sometimes the drop box is so crammed with packages that it won't open anymore and other times I drop it only to hear an incredibly loud "clang" when it hits the metal plate on their floor. Would it kill them to throw something down so that they don't break our packages? Rude customer service and long lines make their "service" incredibly unwelcoming. Get a new scanner (or clean the current one) so that my hard work doesn't go to waste! Throw down a blanket so that my efforts weren't all for nothing! With so many problems it seems like this office seems to enjoy sending people somewhere else for service. Does nobody care anymore?
