- AFAriah FireflyMay 2, 20262.0They hire teenagers who do not know how to do anything. I put a print job in three days ago and the managers said that they didn't receive it. Email was not receiving messages. They told me I could send it again on Saturday and that there were two people there to print something that I needed very much for Monday and I was leaving at 5 AM Monday. Nobody responded to the email. I called about 20 times. No one picks up the phone. I have to drive all the way from where I was only to find out the girl didn't know how to print my job. Terrible service. She called the Garrity Boulevard to see if they could do it and they are too lazy to try. I called the one in Caldwell. They're willing to do it. It goes to show you hire people that know what they are doing and that are not lazy and willing to work hard and will actually pick up the phone. Fix your email!
