I've been promised updates every day since the last cancellation but they haven't been able to get a hold of the "local hub". Today I learned, they only email them. They "can't" call. So, I guess check to see which delivery service the company uses. If it's RXO out of Nampa, ID save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.
